The last few days, I’ve been using TurnItIn to check my Metro students’ research papers for plagiarism. The college pays for the service, and I started wondering what free online services are available for detecting plagiarism. I even asked about that on Twitter but received no responses, so I did some research. Here are the ones I found:

- Article Checker
- Plagium – in beta

- crossrefme.net – in alpha
